Strength & conditioning is the foundation of this program. You will get stronger and be able to go longer in high stress situations. This section will also emphasize injury prevention. Our goal is to increase your physical capacity to reduce your risk of injury. Being able to break your barrier and go longer than your opponent will give you the edge in the game!

In this program you will learn the proper mechanics to run at your best ability. We believe you can always get faster and we treat each individual differently on what they need to focus on to reach their top speed. Once you reach your top speed, we don’t stop there. We break the barrier to always reach for the next PR!

Footwork and quickness is the name of the game. In this program we will go into detail on your footwork for common agility drills as well as footwork for your sport. It is vital that we take each step with the upmost precision because the higher you go the less error you can have. Quickness is efficient and precision!

Plyometrics is POWER. Plyometrics is SPEED. At EVOTS we love plyometrics because it improves your speed, quickness, and strength all in one! In this program not only will you learn how to absorb shock but you will also learn how to become more balanced.
Meet Coach Stove
My name is Steven Richardson, aka Coach Stove. I played football at Mount Carmel as a defensive tackle and won 2 state championships. I went on to play in college at the University of Minnesota and started all 4 years. After, I went pro in the NFL and made the practice squad for the Los Angeles Chargers. Majority of my professional career was in the CFL where I played for 5 years and won 2 Grey Cup championships. I’m now a personal performance trainer and train youth athletes so they can reach their goals of playing at a higher level.
